It wasn’t just the Petrossian men that had exquisite taste. Among the talented women in our family, our aunts Bella and Irina excelled at blending tea, and their masterpieces still bear their names. While the tradition of afternoon tea started in Russian and continued after our family moved to France, it was in Paris that we began our love affair with coffee. We are as particular about our coffee beans as we are about our caviar, selecting only the finest whole beans which we further refine through a unique roasting process. C’est formidable!
