Our Highest Grade of Caviar

The Petrossian Special Reserve label is the highest honor that can be bestowed on any bead of caviar. After nearly a hundred years of crafting caviar, we have seen many great batches, which exceeded even our expectations. We have tasted the sublime and put our name on caviar that has surprised and satisfied the most discerning palates. But many of those batches never received our most coveted distinction. We save the title of Special Reserve only for caviar that has reached perfection.
